Resident Information

Each single-family residence parcel in Incline Village and Crystal Bay that is assessed a Recreation Fee is eligible to receive five* Recreation Photo IDs and/or Recreation Punch Cards, as suits their personal needs. Tthe annual recreation fee is collected from your Washoe County tax bill. These Photo IDs and Punch Cards allow the holder to pay a reduced resident rate at various IVGID facilities.

An owner may pay an additional fee (one-fifth of the current recreation fee) for each additional Recreation Photo ID and/or Punch Card in excess of five. The same policy applies to those property owners who pay a reduced annual recreation fee and who do not receive beach privileges. Individuals who fall under this classification may also purchase additional passes and/or cards at one-fifth their current recreation fee, excluding beach access.

Photo IDs and Punch Cards are issued at the Incline Village Parks & Recreation Department counter (located in the Recreation Center at 980 Incline Way) during regular business hours.
If you are renting a property in Incline Village/Crystal Bay, you must provide the following information when requesting a Recreation Photo ID or Punch Card at the Parks & Recreation Counter:
1.  "Assignment of Recreation Privileges" form (with each tenant's name) filled out and signed by the owner
2.  A copy of your current lease

*The number of passes may not exceed the limit mentioned above

YOU MUST BE LOGGED IN TO RECEIVE RESIDENT RATES FOR ONLINE BOOKING OF TEE TIMES.
