The Golf Courses at Incline Village support the PGA of America’s growth of the game initiative. We offer programs designed to involve people from all walks of life into the game of golf.

Spring/Summer 2008

2 Day Golf School

Led by Becca Carey, our LPGA professional, this two-day course is targeted to women in IVGC or Teesters, resident or non-resident. Instruction includes full swing, short game and on course management as well as rules and etiquette. Box lunches included both days. On course instruction on Sunday afternoon on Mountain Course. 

Early season dates: May 31 and June 1, Saturday and Sunday
Late season dates: September 6 and 7, Saturday and Sunday
Time: 9:00 – 3:00
Cost: $250.00 per student 

Aspiring Golfers Series – Beginners

Led by Becca Carey, our LPGA professional, the focus for this 8 week session is to take the golfer from novice to playing the course. The classes will cover full swing, short game and golf course management. The final 2 weeks of instruction will be conducted on the Mountain Course.

Dates: June 11 – August 6 (8 weeks of instruction)
Time: 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm
Cost:  $129/person
(6:1 student/teacher ratio)

Senior Aspiring Golfers

Seniors 55+ are welcome to attend this special new series of classes. Classes cover full swing, short game and golf course management. Rules and etiquette will be covered as well as health and fitness.

Dates: June 11 – August 6 (8 weeks of instruction)
Time: 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm
Cost:  $129/person
(6:1 student/teacher ratio)

Aspiring Golfers Intermediate

Focus for this clinic is on the intermediate golfer who is looking to improve their game. Full swing, short game, on course management and rules and etiquette will be covered. The last two weeks will be on the Mountain Course, covering on course management, rules and etiquette.

Time: 2:30 pm – 3:30 pm

Aspiring Golfers Business Women

Are you a business woman in the community and are you interested in the game for social or business reasons? You will not only learn the golf swing, but how to make tee times, rules and etiquette and how to integrate this into joining a ladies group or playing socially with friends. Cost includes on course instruction.

Dates: June 11 – August 6 (8 weeks of instruction)
Time: 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Cost: $199/person

Demo Days at the Championship Course

Need a new set of clubs?  Did you know square technology is expanding to fairway woods and hybrids?  Come take a test drive to see what works best for you!  Everyone is welcome.  Club fitting will also be offered at each demo day by appointment so call ahead at 775-832-1146 (golf shop) to get scheduled.
